Royal Princess Debut Loss To A Class Fighter

Saturday 25th February, SN Combat Academy team went to War at 21st Century Fighting Championships in Redhill with Elia ” Royal Princess “ Making her A Class debut with elbow pads against seasoned A Class Fighter Pilar Vasquez from the Mat Academy Muaythai.

It was a closely fought contest with good cautious techniques utilised by both fighters which made for a quality and good technical fight. However in the end it was Pilar Vasquez who was declared the winner by decision.

Head coach Sam Nankani said, “Elia Dewu certainly gave a good account of herself and made Team SN very proud. It wasn’t an easy first A Class fight against an opponent who has a vast amount of experience, but we will get back into the gym, will work harder and improve on Elia’s technique.”
