Warriors of SN Combat Go to Battle at KO Amateur Show

– Blood, Heart, and Honour in the Ring

IT WAS WAR – AND WAR IT WAS.

On Saturday, 29th March, two fearless warriors from SN Combat Academy entered the arena with fire in their hearts and purpose in their fists. At the KO Amateur Show, they faced formidable opponents under full Muay Thai rules with elbow pads over five grueling 1.5-minute rounds – and the action was nothing short of epic.

⚔️ First Up: Nathan’s All-Out War Against Sabaidee Muaythai Academy

Our first fighter to step into battle was Nathan, squaring off against a tough opponent from Sabaidee Muaythai Academy.

From the opening bell, Nathan was tested. His opponent executed clean, well-timed sweeps, showing sharp control in the clinch. In the second round, Nathan was momentarily caught off-guard and received a standing eight count after a solid punch landed.

But champions rise, and so did Nathan.

By the third round, he made crucial tactical adjustments and turned up the pressure. Nathan began landing beautifully timed kicks, devastating knees in the clinch, and even returned the favor with his own well-executed sweeps. His heart, his grit, and his warrior spirit were undeniable.

With one judge awarding the win to Nathan, and another giving it to his opponent, it came down to the referee’s final decision — a narrow victory for Nathan’s opponent. While it marked Nathan’s first loss, he walked out of the ring with pride, having given everything he had in a razor-close battle.

🔥 Then Came “The Battle of Croydon” – Shazhaib vs. New Wave Academy

Next up was Shazhaib, stepping into what was dubbed “The Battle of Croydon” — a local clash of talent and determination.

Facing a powerful and aggressive opponent from New Wave Academy, Shazhaib was tested early. His opponent pressed forward relentlessly, swinging for the fences. But Shazhaib’s slick movement, timing, and ring IQ told a different story.

He countered with pinpoint elbows, sharp kicks, and superb footwork, keeping his opponent off balance and showcasing the high-level Muay Thai that SN Combat is known for.

At the final bell, there was no doubt: Shazhaib secured a dominant unanimous decision victory, bringing another win home for the team.
