We’re restarting Jiu-Jitsu classes with Omar Dean leading the programme. Jiu-jitsu start from 26th January 2026.
Omar Dean started Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in 2010 teaching and coaching classes since 2012.
Omar Dean was awarded his Black Belt in December 2023 and received his black belt from Javed Uddin, a direct student of Roger Gracie. He also trained in Muay Thai under Khru Sam, in Thornton Heath, for a number of years 🥊
High-level instruction with strong lineage and extensive coaching experience.
All levels welcome, from beginners to advanced.
